Field & Fork pride itself on using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to prepare our delicious menus. The menus below are therefore to illustrate our style of food. However, we cannot guarantee that the dishes listed below will be available at all times.

Field and Fork has now been growing most of its own produce since January this year in a half acre greenhouse acquired then. We started the season with French breakfast radish, herbs and all the mixed leaf and rocket served with our sandwiches and salads, and have continued these crops throughout the year; now in addition nearly all of the fruits, vegetables and garnishes used on the menu are grown and served by us so we truly know the provenance of our ingredients. Please feel free to ask for any other information or if you would like to visit the greenhouse for yourself we would be happy to show you around!
