Food is first at Field & Fork. Sam and Janet believe that if food's going to be done it should be done properly and this philosophy is the seed from which the business grew.

The quality of ingredients, sourced locally and thoughtfully, used in uncomplicated yet full-flavoured dishes is what Sam's cooking is all about. He doesn't believe in cutting any corners.
